Capturing a memorable weekend in the city
Last weekend (August 7-9), Newcastle city centre became a giant playground as NOVUM Festival filled the city with music, performance, spectacle and plenty of opportunities to join in.
Thousands enjoyed everything from a giant domino rally and silent discos amid dramatic light installations to live music, acrobatic street performances and some seriously large-scale colouring in.
Thankfully, there were plenty of talented photographers on hand to capture it all.
